Is an Italian-Peruvian economist with experience in the analysis and design of economic policy and models. His professional experience has been developed in different countries, in the academic, public and private sectors, as well as in international organizations. Was Managing Director of the Central Bank of Peru, Technical Director of the National Institute of Planning of Peru, and the International Monetary Fund Adviser to the Central Banks of Angola and Guinea - Bissau in economic, fiscal and monetary policies. Has published several books and articles on economic topics.
